  10.                         TBBS Upgrade Information
  11.  
  12. eSoft, Incorporated offers an attractive program of upgrades, whether
  13. you need to upgrade to a later software version, or move from the single
  14. line software to multi-line.  Unlike most software companies, eSoft
  15. provides upgrade pricing from virtually ALL our previous versions to the
  16. current version with no time limitations or restrictions.
  17.  
  18. Upgrades between versions are available for a reasonable cost.  If you
  19. wish to move from one line count to another (for example, from 16-line
  20. to 32-line), we offer full retail credit for your current software.  If
  21. a version change is also needed to move from one line count to another,
  22. from 16-line Version 2.1 to 32-line Version 2.2 for example, you must
  23. first pay for the upgrade to bring your version current, then pay for
  24. the line upgrade (difference in current retail cost).

  26. The following chart shows all version and line count upgrades.  Locate
  27. the software version and line count you have in the first column, then
  28. read to the right to the desired target version to determine its price.

  78. "N/A" indicates that an upgrade of this type is not permitted.  You may
  79. move FORWARD in line count and/or version, but "downgrades" are not
  80. permitted.

  83. NOTE:  If you currently have version 2.0S or 2.0M software purchased
  84. after April 15, 1988, eSoft, Inc. will provide you with a credit of $50
  85. (if you have 2.0S) or $75 (if you have 2.0M) toward any of the upgrades
  86. shown above. To qualify for this offer, you must have registered your
  87. software, and must provide us with proof-of-purchase indicating that it
  88. was obtained after April 15, 1988.

  90. NOTE:  If you currently have version 2.1S, 2.1M[16] or 2.1M[32] software
  91. purchased after March 15, 1991, eSoft, Inc. will provide you with a
  92. credit of $75 (if you have 2.1S), $150 (if you have 2.1M[16]) or $175
  93. (if you have 2.1M[32]) toward any of the upgrades shown above.  To
  94. qualify for this offer, you must have registered your software, and must
  95. provide us with proof-of-purchase indicating that it was obtained after
  96. March 15, 1991.

  98. NOTE: If you currently have version 2.2M software purchased after July 1,
  99. 1994, eSoft, Inc. will provide you with a free upgrade to TBBS 2.3M. To
  100. qualify for this offer, you must have registered your software, and must
  101. provide us with proof-of-purchase indicating that it was obtained after
  102. July 1, 1994. A free upgrade from TDBS 1.2M[2] to TDBS 1.2M[4] is available
  103. if you include your original TDBS 1.2M[2] disk with your upgrade order.

  105.                         How to Order an Upgrade
  106.  
  107.    1.   Determine the upgrade cost from the chart above.  Locate your
  108.         software version in the first column, then move across to the
  109.         version you wish to upgrade to.

  111.    2.   Calculate appropriate shipping charges as follows:

  113.                 48-State, Ground (Brown Label)       $5.00

  117.         Shipping charges outside the continental United States vary

  123.         software, along with remittance for the upgrade and shipping
